Namba Gear has posted our One Year Limited Warranty policy and information on how to submit a warranty claim under the Contact Us menu.

Please note that our attorney actually made us put that we are not responsible for damage to your bag during an animal attack. There are also a few “pearls of wisdom” such as; if the airlines damage your bag, file a claim with the airline before you leave the airport.
